Care instructions

Looking for a sneaker that is machine washable and still won't lose its shape? Good news: all our shoes are machine washable. To prepare, remove the laces and insoles, place your Allbirds in a laundry bag (pro tip: pillowcases are also a good alternative) and throw them in the washing machine. Choose a delicate cycle with cold water and your favorite gentle detergent. Don't put your shoes in the dryer after washing, but shake out the excess water and leave them to air dry. The shoes will return to their original shape after one or two wears.

Confortable mais serre trop au niveau du talon d'achille

Etant fan de cette marque, j'ai commandé cette nouvelle chaussure récemment.
Je suis un peu décu car oui cela reste confortable mais pas autant que les modèles précédents. De plus, ce nouveau modèle serre bien trop le talon d'achille. Les premières heures de port de la chaussure étaient horribles.

Stylish and Comfortable, But Too Narrow for My Needs

I love the Couriers! These shoes are stylish and have a sleek, minimalist design that pairs well with almost anything. They're also quite comfortable, but I do have one concern.

The shoes feel a bit narrow, even for my slim feet. Since I need to wear orthotics for foot issues, the reduced space inside the shoe—especially on my left foot—becomes more noticeable. While this is a challenge I encounter with other shoes, it's usually less of a problem because they tend to be wider and roomier. The narrower fit of the Couriers unfortunately exacerbates my foot issues.

I understand this may not be a fault of the design, but I would love to see a wider option or an iteration with more interior space. With huge regret, I’ll be returning them, as they don’t meet my specific needs. It’s disappointing, as they are otherwise fantastic shoes!
